Odi is operated by Odi Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how we handle your information when you use Odi.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your account and profile details, messages, attachments, interactions with Odi’s AI features, and feedback.

We also collect technical and usage information, such as device and app information, IP addresses, feature usage, and error reports.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide, maintain, secure, and improve Odi. This includes managing accounts, delivering messages, powering AI features, providing support, understanding product usage, and fixing problems.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use service providers to operate Odi, including Clerk for authentication, Convex for data storage and backend services, PostHog for product analytics, and OpenRouter and OpenAI for AI features.

To power AI features, relevant messages, attachments, and conversation context may be sent to OpenAI or through OpenRouter to the model providers delivering those features.

Our service providers process information to deliver their services to us. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own.

Content you share in a chat is available to that chat’s participants. We may also disclose information when required by law.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable security measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. No online service can guarantee complete security.

Retention and deletion

We retain your information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal information through our account deletion page.

When your account is deleted, we delete the associated personal information, except information we must retain for legal obligations or legitimate security and fraud-prevention purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Odi develops. We will publish changes on this page, update the date above, and notify you of material changes.
